Frequently asked questions

1. What is a DTF gang sheet?

A DTF gang sheet is a single large print that contains multiple designs arranged together on one sheet. This allows you to maximize space and reduce cost by printing several logos or graphics at once instead of ordering each design separately.

2. What file type and resolution should I upload?

We recommend a PNG file at 300 DPI with a transparent background. High resolution ensures sharp edges, vibrant colors, and professional-quality transfers.

3. Do I need to mirror my artwork before uploading?

No. Your file should be uploaded exactly as you want it to appear on the garment.

4. What size should my gang sheet be?

DTF gang sheets are 22 inches wide, with lengths starting at 24 inches and extending up to several feet, depending on how many designs you need to fit and their final print sizes.

5. What fabrics can DTF transfers be applied to?

DTF transfers will work on just about any fabric, including cotton, polyester, blends, nylon, and most performance materials—on both light and dark garments.

6. How do I apply a DTF gang sheet?

DTF transfers are applied using a heat press. Typical settings are around 300°F for 7-10 seconds, followed by a Hot peel and a final repress for 2-3 seconds for durability.

7. How long do DTF transfers last?

When applied correctly, DTF transfers are highly durable, resisting cracking, peeling, and fading through many wash cycles.

8. How do I care for garments printed with DTF transfers?

Wash garments inside out in cold water using mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry, and do not iron directly over the transfer.
